The character system in DOS1 was one of the more often criticised parts of the game. The question remains whether it really ended up that way. Personally, I would be content if DOS2 were the same as its predecessor, just with a different paint job and campaign. All it had to do was not screw things up, and preferably make some things better. Divinity: Original Sin 2 had a very simple task ahead of itself.
